Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.

How to Start a Return - To request a return, CONTACT US and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Important Note - Contacting us first is highly recommended. In many cases, we may be able to resolve your issue with a refund or store credit without requiring you to return the item(s).

Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges due to the changing nature of our inventory and product availability.

Return Process (If Approved) - If a return is necessary, we will email you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • A $6.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any discounts applied to your original order will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 2–4 business days after receipt.

Return Eligibility & Restrictions

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • International orders are final and not eligible for return.
  • Clearance-priced items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
